Information You Provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, website URL, and any message you choose to provide. These details are intended to help prepare a growth audit or conversation. The current website code does not send these form entries to a server or store them in a database; it only displays a local confirmation after submission.

Scheduling

The website links to Calendly for direct booking. Calendly is a separate service, and information submitted through its scheduling flow is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy and terms.

How Information Is Used

Information you provide may be used to respond to your request, prepare for a requested conversation or audit, provide requested information, and coordinate scheduling. The website does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or a connected contact form processor in its codebase.

SMS and Mobile Information

SMS messages are sent only to people who have opted in before messages are sent. One available opt-in method is texting START to (786) 605-9375. After opt-in, messages may include requested information, conversational communications, follow-ups, and scheduling information. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The website code does not currently contain a messaging integration. If SMS delivery is enabled through Twilio, Twilio may process phone numbers, message content, and delivery information as a service provider solely to provide messaging services. That processing does not grant the provider permission to use SMS consent information for its own marketing.

Data Security and Changes

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
